My
teaching 'game-plan'.
The goal of this mini-seminar is to show you how a business plan can be created in
a day -- or less. To achieve this, I need to
first spend a few minutes on the different (but simple) thinking logic
that is used.
This means that the first part
of the module may seem a little slow. But I promise there is a
good pay-off when you get to the example planning session. You will
see there is a simpler, faster
and more creative way to plan for business and project results.
