Overview: Using the APT Assistant you can . . .

• Quickly create, edit and print professional-looking:
  APT Basic Method Charts (*),
  APT Vision Charts (~) and
  APT Strategy Plan / Master Plan Charts (#).
  
• Quickly create and store the written Action Plan details associated with any plan chart box. Then print this information directly via the Windows Word Processor ( Wordpad or Notepad) or export it to your favourite word processor if special layouts or formatting is required.
  
• Create and store memo notes to any box on any type of chart. (These can be printed out if required)
  
• Rapidly translate Vision Charts into Plan Charts — using the "Translate to Plan" feature.
  
• Create simplified Vision Charts — using the "Translate to Vision" feature.
  
• Move Boxes from one position of a chart to another position. (The software automatically does the renumbering) 
  
• Select, modify and print out any section of an APT chart for clearer communications.
  
• Three levels of 'Empty Box Technique' are automatically supported.

At every step of the APT plan creation procedure, concise step-by-step instructions are provided. A context- sensitive ‘Coaching’ button is also available should you require more detailed instructions.
