Facilitation Service

With this service I sit down with you (or you and your team) and systematically create your Strategic Business Plan.

1. Clarity of purpose: I start by listening to you very carefully so that I understand what you want and need to achieve. I then get this down on paper in a clear, structured format. If you are not fully clear on what needs to be achieved, I use a "what's missing" procedure to identify this important information. After this step, you will be clear on what needs to be achieved - and you'll be able to communicate it logically to others. You will also have a starting point - you will be clear on which goals or objectives to focus on first.
   

2. The how-to solutions: This is where I switch into the 'how-to' mode. I start by identifying the types of solutions you need to achieve your selected goals. I visually map these out so that you can always see the big picture. Then I logically break large or hard-to-do functions down into manageable bite-sized components.
   

3. Action priorities and practical action steps: You probably don't have the time and resources to do it all at once. So I further refine your priorities and identify exactly where you need to start - and what comes next. We then use an APT technique to produce the practical action plans that you need to implement your priorities. This action plan procedure is a simple system. You can re-use it as often as you like to produce every type of action plan you will ever need. 
   

4. Making it happen: Distractions and changes in circumstance are normal. Unchecked, these events often disrupt or derail even the best of plans. APT has a powerful solution for this. The last step in our planning session is to design and commission a Making-It-Happen Plan. This ongoing system has two functions. Firstly, it monitors and reports progress (or lack of!). Secondly, it has a procedure that kicks in whenever a serious disruption occurs. It then seeks to get you back on track in the shortest possible time. The Making-It-Happen Plan is a very powerful tool.
   

5. Our "better than money back" guarantee: If, by your assessment, I have not effectively delivered the items described above, I will refund the full facilitation fee. I believe in this system so much that I will give you a full 30 days to make this assessment – AND - you can keep all information, materials and resources received as an apology from me for wasting your time.
